Industrias Artesanas Castillo started this business venture in October 2004, with the goal of recovering the culinary traditions, quite forgetten nowadays, based on the most emblematic and representative product of their land, the grape-juice (mosto).

The first products offered were the famous Grape-juice Gachas, the Arrope, the alcohol-free PX and Grape-juice (Mosto). Later on, other products would be included, differentiated by two separates production lines.

On the one hand, there is the production line of Desserts and Milky Products, within which the most important goods are the Grape-juice Gachas, Coffee Gachas, Custards with Biscuits, Crème Caramel, Milk Rice Pudding, Chocolate Cake with Biscuits, Tocino de Cielo and the renowed and most popular among our clients... the Grandma's Gachas.

On the other hand, the other the production line includes the pastries among which we can find our exquisite Muffins, Pestiños, Doughnuts, Fried Biscuits, and the delicious Turrolate of Almond or Peanut, very popular as well among the youngests.
